Do you ship Address Labels outside the US?
At this time we only ship US Postal Service First Class Mail to US addresses,
US Military Addresses and US Territory Addresses. Hopefully, in the near
future we will expand this. Feel free to contact
customer service about adding your location.

How fast will my address labels arrive?
Usually in 7 days or less. Your order's shipping date appears in the "Your
Label Costs" section of the order form and the secure payment page.
Orders are shipped by US Postal Service First Class Mail and generally
take 3 to 6 days in transit.

If 2 weeks have passed
since shipping date please notify customer service.
How do I order by mail and pay with check or money order?
To order address labels by mail and pay with Check or Money Order please print a
completed order form and mail to: Welcome Labels, PO Box 17905-I, San Diego, CA 92177-7905.
What if my address labels are spelled incorrectly?
It is your responsibility to preview and confirm your correct: label design,
label text, and shipping address. Your information is submitted
directly to label production. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK! If a mistake has
occurred please submit a customer
service request and we will contact you with options. We will
produce a replacement order immediately for shipping and handling
costs or at no charge when your complete order is returned to us.
What if my address labels order is damaged?

and we will contact you to regarding immediate replacement.
Can I change my address labels order after it is placed
No. Your label order enters the production immediately and can not be altered after
you have submitted it. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK! See "Labels Spelled
Incorrectly" above for options.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund your payment if you are unable to use your address labels or are dissatisfied.
